88win Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

88win is an online gaming and sports betting platform operated under the domain 88win-jit.com (referred to in these Terms as "88win", "we", "us" or "the platform"). These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete legal agreement between you (the registered account holder or visitor) and 88win.

By creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you meet all eligibility requirements, and that you agree to be bound by every clause contained herein. 88win accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only. The following payment methods are currently available for deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no maximum single deposit limit, however payment providers may impose their own transaction limits.
• Deposits are credited to your 88win wallet immediately in most cases. In the event of a payment provider delay, deposits may take up to 30 minutes. If a deposit is not credited after 30 minutes, contact support immediately with your transaction reference.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Depositing using another person's payment account — including a family member's — is not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• 88win does not charge fees for deposits. Your payment provider may charge its own transfer fees, which are your responsibility.
• 88win reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used on the platform at any time.

88win is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. The following rules apply to all withdrawals from your 88win account:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, wherever possible. This is a fraud-prevention measure.
• Verified accounts will typically receive their PKR withdrawal to Easypaisa or JazzCash within 8 minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawal requests are processed 7 days a week including public holidays. There is no scheduled maintenance window that blocks withdrawals.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete identity verification by submitting a valid CNIC or passport. This is a one-time process and is required for compliance purposes.

88win offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, which apply unless the specific promotion page states otherwise:

• Welcome Bonus: New players who register and make a qualifying first deposit are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus up to Rs 25,000. The qualifying minimum first deposit is Rs 500.
• Wagering Requirement: All deposit-match bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 10x the bonus amount before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of Rs 5,000 requires Rs 50,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal of the bonus is permitted. Real-money winnings from bonus-funded bets can be withdrawn freely once the wagering requirement is complete.
• Contribution Rates: Sports bets (single bets with odds of 1.50 or greater) contribute 100% towards wagering. Accumulator bets contribute 100%. Live casino games including Teen Patti contribute 20%. Slots contribute 50%. Aviator contributes 50%.
• Time Limits: The welcome bonus wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Any uncompleted bonus balance is removed from your account after this window.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and cannot be transferred to another account.
• 88win reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts, exploiting promotional terms in a systematic way, or providing inaccurate information during registration.
• The weekly Monday Reload bonus, weekend Live Casino cashback and other recurring promotions carry their own individual terms which are published on the Promotions page. In the event of a conflict, the promotion-specific terms take precedence over these general bonus terms.

The following rules apply to all sports and cricket bets placed on the 88win platform:

• The minimum single bet amount is Rs 100. The maximum bet amount varies by market and is displayed on each market before you place your bet.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player except where a Cash Out option is explicitly offered for that market.
• Bets are settled according to the official result declared by the relevant governing body — for PSL, this is the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). For international cricket, the ICC result is used. In the event of a result dispute, 88win's decision following review is final.
• If a match is abandoned or no result is declared and fewer than the required minimum overs have been bowled (as specified per market), bets on that market will be voided and stakes refunded.
• In-play bets accepted after the relevant event has occurred (for example, a wicket falling before the bet is confirmed) may be voided at 88win's discretion. This is a necessary protection against latency exploitation.
• Palpable errors: If incorrect odds are published due to a manifest error, 88win reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds and refund stakes. This includes but is not limited to: transposed team names, obviously wrong prices (e.g., 100.00 on a clear favourite) and system data entry errors.
• Any attempt to exploit technical errors, use of software to gain an unfair advantage, or placing bets using information not publicly available (inside information) will result in bet voiding and account suspension.

All live dealer games at 88win — including Teen Patti variants, live baccarat and live roulette — are hosted by trained professional dealers and streamed via high-definition live video. The following rules apply:

• All live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical card dealing or roulette wheel spins conducted on a live, monitored studio floor. No outcome can be altered after the dealing process has commenced.
• In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game hand, the outcome of the hand will be determined by the result that was reached on the dealer's side. If the hand was not completed, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
• Table minimum and maximum bets vary by game variant and are displayed clearly on each table before you join. VIP tables carry higher minimum bets and are accessible to Gold VIP tier members and above.

• Chargebacks or disputed payment claims initiated with a payment provider.
• A court order or instruction from a relevant regulatory authority.

• Losses resulting from player decisions to place specific bets or wagers.
• Service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, telecommunications networks or internet infrastructure outside 88win's control.
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to follow account security recommendations.
• Any consequential, indirect or punitive losses arising from use of or inability to access the platform.

Nothing in this section limits 88win's liability for fraud, gross negligence or intentional misconduct by 88win itself.

If you believe a bet has been incorrectly settled, a payment has not been credited or any other dispute has arisen relating to your account, please contact 88win support at support@88win-jit.com within 30 days of the disputed event. Disputes raised after 30 days may not be accepted.

The dispute resolution process is:

1. Initial Contact: Submit your dispute via live chat or email with your account details and a clear description of the issue.
2. Review: Our team will review the dispute within 48 hours and provide an initial response. Complex cases (e.g., requiring video review of a live game) may take up to 5 business days.
3. Final Decision: A final decision will be communicated to you in writing. 88win's final decision on disputes relating to bet settlement is binding.

88win reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified by email at least 7 days before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
